タントリックなワーク
性的なエネルギーというのは、大きなエネルギーの一つです。
それは、あなた、という本性であり、無であり、背景である意識の上に現れます。
その性的なエネルギーにたいして、開いていくワークがタントリックなワークです。
開いていくというのは、どういうことかというと、
現れてきたものに対して、何かをするというのではなく、
ただ、そのまま現れてくるがままにまかせておくことです。
身体全体にそのエネルギーが広がることを許していくことです。
何らかの操作をするというわけではありません。
広げるというのは、言葉に表すと、何かをしているようですが、
そうではなく、身体の緊張をほどいていくこと、つまり、
緊張を起こしていることをやめていくということです。
ちょうど、ぎゅっと握った手を広げていくかのように。
そのことで性的なエネルギーが広がります。
性的なエネルギーと取り組むことでの困難なことは、
性的なエネルギーがあまりに、大きすぎて、無意識状態に陥ることです。
男性の場合、性的なエネルギーが起こると、射精という普段慣れた方向に向かいます。
これが別に間違っているというわけではありません。
しかし、そのままの感覚をさらに広げていくとどうなるでしょうか。
これは、一見すると、性的な感覚を否定しているようにも見えますが、
そうではなく、ただ、ただ、感覚が十分に身体に広がっていくことを許しているだけです。
そのことによって、表面的に楽しんでいるところから、
さらに深くへと入ります。

Sexual enegy is one of the big enegies.
It appears on your consciousness which is also called your true nature, no-thingness and background.
Tantric work is to open to the sexual energy.
Opening doesn’t mean you have to do something to the things manifested but you just allow it to be as it is.
It is an allowance the energy moves throughout your body.
“Opening” may sound like you are doing something
but it is opposite, it is more like releasing the tensions in the body. It is more like giving up creating tensions.
It is like opening your clenched hands.
That enables the sexual energy to flow.
One of the difficulties to deal with the sexual energy is that, you may fall into unconsciousness since sometimes the energy is too big.
For guys, when the sexual energy arises, they tend to set thier direction towards ejaculation.
This doesn’t mean wrong.
But what happens if you allow the sensation to be there?
It may look like it is denying sexual senses but it is just allowing the senses to spread throughout the body.
This leads you to a deeper place from superficial excitement.
